Our Mission

We support young people through...

Contributing and supporting Lions Camp Quokka. Type 1 Diabetes Camp supporting children and adults living with Type 1 Diabetes
Collecting and repairing school uniforms for local children to create the Vasse Lions Uniform Bank.
Raising funds for equipment to assist young people with disabilities or health issues
Supporting Lions Youth of the Year: 15-19-year-old public speaking competition.
Fundraising for Australian Lions Children Cancer Research Foundation, Lions Children Mobility Foundation, Diabetes and Diabetes Youth Camps, and Western Australian Lions Wellbeing Foundation, Australian Lions Foundation, Lions International Foundation.

Providing low cost food via Foodbank, also referrals available
Providing humanitarian aid and disaster relief (locally and nationally) to families affected by a disaster
1st & 3rd Monday 9:30am - 10:15am at Vasse Community Hall, 10:30am - 11:15am at The People Place
2nd , 4th & 5th Monday 11:15am - 12 noon at Churchill Park.

This is a safe non-judgment space

Parenting "Branch" clubs in other South West locations, giving them the support of Lions and the autonomy to pursue their own initiatives
Partnering with local government agencies and businesses to host community events e.g. Carols by Candlelight, Recycle Rides and Push Bike Safety and Maintenance events
Hosting the Lions Vasse Twilight Markets
Collaborating with other not-for-profit organisations on bigger projects to achieve better outcomes for our community
